Discuss this month’s competition with an adult before you start. Choose a way that you can be kind to your family, your friends or your community this month. This can be as simple as committing to random acts of kindness each day (choosing a different person to be kind to each day and recording what you did and what the results were) or as big as contacting an old people’s home and going to visit and play music /sing for the people who live there. Plan your kindness mission and execute it with help from your adult. Write a short evaluation (written or recorded on video) explaining what you planned and how it went including any choices you made or difficulties you encountered and how you overcame them as well as the impact that your kindness might have had.

This competition is open to any child ages 4 – 16 who is home educated and living in the UK. The deadline for this competition is 12 o’clock midnight on the last day of each calendar month. The winners will be announced within one week of the deadline via social media and winners will be contacted by email.
