We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

Security

As an education provider, we understand the importance of safeguarding the personal information of our students, parents, and educators. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and security of the data we collect and store.

To protect this information, we implement a range of industry-standard security practices, including:

  • Secure encryption to protect data in transit between users and our systems.
  • Role-based access controls to limit data access.
  • Regular security audits, system monitoring, and vulnerability testing.
  • Encrypted data storage and secure server environments.
  • Routine staff training on data privacy and security best practices.

Account Security, Login Attempts, Device Compatibility & Safe Access Requirements

Login Attempts and Temporary Account Lockout

To protect user accounts and prevent unauthorised access, LLP enforces strict login attempt limitations. These are to ensure the safety of our children and if your data and include:

  • Each user is permitted a maximum of three (3) consecutive failed login attempts.
  • After the third unsuccessful attempt, the system will temporarily lock the account as a preventive security measure.
  • During the lockout period, further attempts will be automatically blocked.
  • Users may regain access by following the on-screen instructions or by contacting LLP Technical Support during our working hours of 9am – 4pm.

User Responsibilities: Logout, Session Handling and Browser Hygiene

To maintain the highest level of account security, we kindly require all users to:

  • log out after each session, especially when using shared or mobile devices;
  • clear their browser cache and cookies regularly before logging into the LLP platform;
  • consider accessing LLP using Incognito/Private Mode, which automatically reduces caching-related issues;
  • ensure that no password-saving tools, auto-login mechanisms, or third-party extensions interfere with the login or authentication process.
  • Failure to follow these practices may result in login problems, incorrect security challenge display, or unintended account access. LLP cannot be held responsible for issues arising from improper device or browser maintenance.

Use of Security Technologies (Human Verification Tools)

LLP uses industry-standard security technologies, behaviour-based bot detection, and “Please verify you are a human” verification challenges. These tools may appear during login or normal site navigation, especially when:

  • unusual or high-frequency traffic is detected,
  • the device exhibits suspicious behaviour,
  • the browser uses aggressive caching or autofill rules,
  • the IP address is flagged as suspicious.#

LLP accepts no liability for incorrect, delayed, or inconsistent display of these security challenges on devices that are misconfigured, outdated, or contain conflicting browser extensions.

Users of devices such as iPhones, iPads or Chromebooks, where caching and browser behaviour may differ from standard desktop environments, are strongly advised to access LLP in Incognito/Private Mode to ensure full compatibility with our security checks.

VPN, Proxy and Anonymised Traffic Restrictions

  • To preserve account safety and maintain compliance with our security and fraud-prevention systems, the use of VPNs, proxy servers, datacentre IPs, anonymising services, or any traffic-masking tools when connecting to LLP is strongly discouraged.
  • LLP may automatically block connections originating from VPNs or anonymised IP ranges if they are identified as high-risk.
  • If a user must access the LLP platform via VPN (e.g., due to travel, or safeguarding requirements), they are requested to contact the LLP Technical Support Team in advance.
  • Failing to do so may result in temporary access denial due to automated security protections.

Device and Screen Resolution Compatibility

The LLP platform is optimised for modern desktop and mobile devices using standard, commonly supported screen resolutions. However:

  • Devices with non-standard screen sizes (such as certain Chromebooks, tablets, ultra-wide monitors, or hardware using customised DPI scaling) may experience layout shifting, resizing issues, or unexpected visual behaviour.
  • LLP does not guarantee full compatibility with devices outside typical responsive design breakpoints and is not liable for any inconvenience resulting from accessing the platform on specialised or atypical hardware.
  • Users experiencing display issues should switch to Incognito Mode, try an alternative browser, or use a device with standard resolution settings.

Prohibition of Automation, Data Pulling and External Tools

To maintain the security, integrity and stability of the LLP platform, all users are strictly prohibited from accessing LLP services through automated tools, external applications, scripts, bots, or any other software designed to log in, extract, replicate, or restructure LLP data outside of the official user interface. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • automated login processes,
  • scraping or data-pulling tools,
  • external dashboards or scheduling interfaces,
  • browser automation frameworks,
  • third-party apps that replicate or reformat LLP content.

Users are permitted to access LLP exclusively through a standard web browser.

Any attempt to retrieve data programmatically or through non-human traffic patterns will be automatically blocked by our security systems and may result in account lockout or termination to protect the platform and other users.

Additional Recommendations

To ensure optimal security and performance we request that you:

  • Keep your device’s operating system and browser fully updated.
  • Disable aggressive ad-blockers or script-blocking extensions that may interfere with security verification.
  • Ensure your Internet connection is stable and not routed through anonymous networks.
  • Avoid leaving LLP open for extended periods without interaction, as security systems may automatically terminate idle sessions.

We are very grateful for your cooperation in ensuring that the LLP website is kept safe and your user experience is optimised. While we take all reasonable steps to protect your personal data, no system can be completely secure. We encourage users to also play a role in safeguarding their information by using strong, unique passwords and remaining alert to phishing or other fraudulent attempts to access personal data. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us immediately using the “Contact” section.
