If you are having any login difficulties or access issues, please try the following steps first:
1. Log out of your account.
2. Clear your browser data and cookies for LLP.
3. Do a hard browser refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + R.
4. Log back in again.
Please always type your login details manually.
Do not use saved or auto filled login details, as they can sometimes cause login problems, especially on Mac devices.
Following these steps first solves most login and access issues.
If you go to the website and search for the class/ subject you want and click on the specific class time/day. You can check to see if there are spaces or if it is fully subscribed. If it is fully subscribed check to see if there is a duplicate class on another day. If there are spaces you can select that class and add to your basket and pay to subscribe to that class.
To create an account with Learn Laugh Play, simply select your chosen classes and proceed to checkout. Your account will be created automatically during the payment process — there is no separate registration step required.
After purchasing classes, you can create a profile for each child in your account area by selecting “Manage child account.” This allows you to assign classes to each child and ensures teachers can identify learners safely during live sessions.
For safeguarding, children use a first name with a system-generated suffix rather than their full name when joining Zoom lessons.
You can manage your child’s account through your dashboard by selecting “Manage child account.” From here, you can update details, assign classes, and ensure your child is set up correctly for their sessions.
Once you have purchased a class, it will appear in your “My Courses” area. Each lesson includes a link with Zoom details for live sessions, as well as access to materials, worksheets, and teacher notes. A recording of the lesson is also available from the evening of the live lesson and viewable for 2 weeks, within your account, allowing your child to revisit lessons at a time that suits them.
You can cancel your course by logging in and selecting My Account at the top of the website and then the Subscription option in the menu. You can then click ‘View’ from beside each subscription. If there is only one course in the subscription, all you need to do is click on the ‘Cancel’ button. If there is more than one course in the Subscription, scroll down to just below the “Cancel” button, and click on the X on the left of the course you wish to cancel. You will then be asked to click OK to confirm you wish to cancel this course.
