Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered. Learn Laugh Play accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues or any other reason beyond its control. Each monthly competition closes at 11.59 pm (UK time) on the last day of each calendar month.

Learn Laugh Play reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, inappropriate or do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Second and third prize winners will win a small Learn Laugh Play gift.
There is no cash alternative. Prizes are non-transferable.

5. Winner Selection and Announcement
The winner will be chosen by the Learn Laugh Play team based on creativity and effort and how close the competition brief has been followed.
The winner will be announced on the Learn Laugh Play Facebook page on or before 8th of the following month.
LLP’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
Entries must be the child’s own original work. Parents may provide reasonable assistance appropriate to the child’s age. Unless specifically stated otherwise, entries created wholly by artificial intelligence (AI) are not eligible.
The winner will be contacted via Facebook and/or email to arrange prize delivery. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.



6. Publicity
By entering, you agree that Learn Laugh Play may use your child’s first name, age or age group and their artwork entry for promotional purposes across our website and social media channels. No surname or identifying personal information will be shared publicly.

7. Data Protection
Any personal data provided when entering this competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and in accordance with UK data protection legislation, including UK GDPR. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to administer the competition or where required by law.

8. General Conditions
Learn Laugh Play reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw this competition at any time due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. Any entry fees paid outside of general community membership will be refunded if the competition does not go ahead.
If there are fewer than 20 entries before the closing date, the competition will not go ahead.
Learn Laugh Play reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
Learn Laugh Play is not responsible for any inaccurate prize details supplied by any third party.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
