Hi everyone and welcome to Extra Maths Practise and Tricky Bits Revision (KS2)

This class will be a bit of a hybrid of taking our learning for everything we have practised to date in both Strides and Maths – Stress = Happy groups and facing the areas we find tricky.  This will include doing topics in Maths that you, yourselves, which to address and practise as well as areas I think that you may find tricky based upon my own prior teaching experiences.

Due to the fact that this is a more ‘formative’ style of delivering lessons (i.e. reactive to children’s needs and requirements) please do note and appreciate that resources may not go up until later on in the week as they do need making from scratch! 🙂

Extra Maths Tricky Bits is a working, informative learning scheme. This means that the children are still suggesting topics in Maths they want to work on and we are creating a two year scheme around this – the children are literally making the scheme!

For safeguarding purposes, each Zoom lesson includes a brief registration at the beginning which requires children to have their webcam switched on. If your child would like to join lessons but is anxious about this or needs to have their face covered during lessons for religious or any other reason please get in touch, and we can arrange an alternate method of registration for them.
