Hello! I’m Kate, the Classics teacher at LLP. I have a Master’s Degree in Classics from Cambridge University, and have been teaching the subject since 2012, starting in schools and then moving into the world of home education in 2015. I find great joy in helping students to learn about the weird and wonderful worlds of the Greeks and Romans, from the first taste of mythology in my younger classes to exam preparation in my GCSE lessons. My passion for history and the figures who make it so interesting means that students are guaranteed a wealth of strange facts and more than a few laughs when they’re studying with me!
