Hello everyone

Here’s what’s happening this week at LLP…

PINWINS IS LIVE!

Founding Member spots are going fast…

If you caught our launch this week, you’ll already know what PinWins is. If you missed it, here’s the short version.

PinWins is our new independent learning system, designed to perfectly complement your LLP classes by extending your child’s learning with weekly activities they choose for themselves. Each month, your child chooses 2 PinWins to work towards and for each PinWin completes one activity a week. They can spend as little as an hour a week or get completely absorbed and do more. It’s hands-on, fun, and entirely driven by what they choose. Each PinWin comes with a Discovery Book full of activities to choose from AND a Reference Guide to support their learning.

Each month ends with our PinWins Award Ceremony on Zoom, where your child is awarded their PinWins.

Founding member spaces are limited to 100 families — the first 100 to sign up pay just £16 a month for life, locked in permanently. After that, the price rises to £19.

Founding members also receive a free enamel PinWins emblem badge in their first order.

We are keen for our founding members to be existing LLP families if possible, but PinWins is out there on social media and we can’t control who finds it — so if you do want to grab a founding member slot, please do so!

Sign up any time before June 1st. Payment is taken on June 1st and your Discovery Books and Reference Guides will magically appear in your PinWins area on the website so that your child can get stuck in straight away. Your badges will be sent a few days later.

ANNUAL COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP UPGRADE!

We have now launched an LLP forum for parents on our Extra Learning Space! We want to keep it focused on home education and in particular support for LLP parents, so it is small and purposeful. We want to build a meaningful community space.

If you have an annual community membership, the forum is completely free. Simply go to your account on the main LLP website to find your one-time sign up code, which will give you free access to the forum for life. If you don’t have an annual membership, you can join for just £4 a month — or if you’d like to find out about everything else that comes with an annual community membership, you can take a look here.
The forum is steadily growing and we encourage you to reach out, make connections and use it as a real support network. The boards you can chat on are:
– Welcome and Introductions
– Questions and Support
– Wins and Little Moments
– Weekly Rhythm and Ideas
– LLP Updates and Resources (As often as we can we will add free resources here!)
– Local Meetups

Come and say hello — we would love to see you there. Let’s build our community together.
You can go straight to the forum on the Extra Learning Space here.

A MESSAGE
FROM LOLLIPOP

Lollipop has been off on another exciting adventure! This time she travelled to Belfast to stay with her friend Wendy.

During her visit, Lollipop explored the amazing Titanic Belfast museum, where she learned all about the famous ship and the people who built it. She especially loved the interactive exhibits and the fun Shipyard Ride, which took her on a journey through Belfast’s shipbuilding history.

After a busy day exploring, Lollipop enjoyed tasty treats and cosy cuddles with Wendy. She has had a wonderful time in Belfast and can’t wait for her next adventure!

THIS WEEK’S FAMILY WELLBEING IDEA

Home Education is a whole family commitment, and although it looks different for every family, it can be hectic. Making time for wellbeing — even small, simple things — can make a real difference to the health and happiness of the whole family. Each week we will share one idea that you can use as a starting idea if life is busy and you need a gentle reminder to put yourself first. You can try this activity with your family, or do it alone.

This week: Put some music on while you’re cooking and dance around the kitchen. It doesn’t matter if it’s silly. That’s kind of the point. Music and movement together lift mood, reduce stress and give your nervous system a genuine reset — even just a few minutes makes a difference.

We hope you have an amazing week!
